**UPDATE: PUERTO RICO HIGH SCHOOL MISSION TRIP
Dear Parents & Students,
I received an alert at the end of December regarding travel to Puerto Rico. They are requiring all travelers arriving in Puerto Rico to either be vaccinated or mandatory 7 day quarantine on arrival. Our original trip was only 7 days. So for those reasons, DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS to Puerto Rico, we are no longer traveling to Puerto Rico for Mission Trip.

DRIVING DAY 1 & 2 : the NAOMI HOUSE is 16 hours from KC. We'll drive 8-9 hrs the first day, we'll stop for the night and complete the trip on day 2. (same on return trip)
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
$900/student

Submit a non-refundable deposit of $50/student by Dec 13, 2021 to secure a spot.

Second payment of $400/ due by Jan 31, 2022

Q&A
How are we traveling to Arizona? We are driving 3 rented ARM approved vans for church/school use.
What does $900 cover? It will cover most travel expenses, lodging, & most of the food while we are there.
Is the $50 deposit refundable? No
Will I need spending cash? There will be a few meals while we are out and about in town that you will have to cover. Also, you will have to cover your meals during travel.
Sleeping Arrangements? We will be sleeping in a few big rooms at NAOMI House. Its possible we'll be making arrangements with a nearby hotel. [The girls & boys will always have separate sleeping quarters.]
Which organization is organizing this mission trip? This Mission Trip is being organized by Pastor Mark & Pastor Nick & the New Haven Church.
