Spiritual Gifts Assessment Instructions

The Discovery Ministry program helps you discover your talents and get involved in a ministry you will enjoy.

The first step in the Discovery Ministry process is to take the Spiritual Gifts Assessment. This Assessment can be filled out online, then you can save the PDF document and mail it to the church office.

You must have Adobe Acrobat version 7.0 or later installed on your computer. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat version 7.0 or later, click here or go to www.adobe.com to download it.

The Assessment takes approximately 20 minutes to complete. It must be completed in one sitting. Unfortunately you cannot save your responses and return to finish the Assessment at a later time.

When you have completed the Assessment, click on the "Print Form" button and the results will be printed for you. The button that says "Submit by Email" is currently not functioning. However, if you have software that will allow you to print the form to PDF, please email the PDF form to the New Haven Church office after you create it. If you print it in hard copy form, you can mail us a copy or bring it to church and leave it at the Welcome Center. One of the pastors or a member of the Discovery Ministry will follow up with you within a week or two to discuss the results of your survey. If you don't hear from us after emailing the survey, please call us at 913-642-5617.
